Mitchel is a degreed geologist and attorney with over 38 years of experience. Mitchell has specialties in environmental, geotechnical, and construction consulting in petrochemical and commercial construction industries worldwide. Mitchell is a proven leader with considerable experience both starting and managing businesses and directing departments in larger businesses. He has provided services throughout the world on major design and construction projects.

Mr. Bernhard’s experience as general counsel of an international engineering and construction company has given him the knowledge to handle complex issues on any project. He has worked in the construction industry since 1976 and has worked as a construction helper, a foreman, an engineering technician, a driller and logger on geotechnical and environmental drill crews, a manager, an attorney, and a business owner. He is a results-based leader with significant business ownership and management experience balanced with strong people skills and a solid background in the engineering and legal fields.
